With a bachelor’s from OCU, (magna cum laude) and an Masters from OSU, her successes includes directing a profitable performing arts school, owning a small business, teaching at Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management and for the Nonprofit Arts Management Master’s program both at Oklahoma City University, working in marketing, communications, and media buying in the financial services industry, and marketing and project management in the oil and natural gas industry. Most recently Susan successfully led the marketing and sales team at the OKCPHIL for seven years through major organizational change. Her efforts at customer service resulted in the largest subscriber-non-donor giving campaign in decades. From change communications internally, externally and with the media, to a comprehensive rebrand, and digital transformation, her methodical efforts to change from the inside out saved the organization tens of thousands of dollars. Her leadership in sales strategies resulted in revenue in seven figures annually. Now she shares her executive-level knowledge as CEO of Webb Communications Strategies, LLC.
